I use toilet paper rolls for plant pots and they work well. I used to fold one end in so that it contains the soil better but found that to be a waste of time. I think the end being open is also less restrictive for the roots.\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

The video shows me filling them with soil and, in the last clip, planting peas. Unfortunately the pea plants didn’t get transplanted soon enough so I can’t say how they did. My bad. \ud83d\ude41<\/p>\n

I also have some with sunflowers in them that will be planted very soon and I will be starting fall peas (in the same “pots” the failed ones were in) when the time is right. I’ll have to figure out when that is. Hope you enjoyed this post and the video.<\/p>\n
